أسلوب التفضيل ودلالته في الجرح والتعديل Preference Method and Its Significance in Wound and Recommendation

   يعد أسلوب التفضيل من الأساليب المعتمدة في الجرح والتعديل عند أهل النقد من المحدثين؛ لذا کان من أهداف هذا البحث تحرير دلالة ألفاظ التفضيل الواردة في کلام المحدثين علي رواة الحديث جرحاً وتعديلاً، ثم معرفة أکثر أهل النقد استعمالاً لأسلوب التفضيل في تزکية وجرح الرواة، ثم الوقوف علي دِقِّة أهل الحديث في ألفاظ النقد، وکان المنهج المتبع في إعداد هذا البحث يقوم علي طريقة استقراء أقوال أهل النقد في استعمالهم لأنواع التفضيل في التزکية والجرح، ثم المقارنة بين أقوال أهل النقد للدلالة علي مطابقة حال الراوي لأقوال الأئمة فيه جرحاً وتعديلاً، کذلک الوقوف علي أکثر النقاد استخداماً للتفضيل بين الرواة، ودلالة استخدام أسلوب التفضيل بين المتعنتين، والمعتدلين من علماء الجرح والتعديل، وبدأ البحث بذکر أسلوب التفضيل في تزکية الرواة، ثم أتبعته بما جاء من ألفاظ التفضيل في جرح الرواة، وکانت نتائج البحث کما يلي، ورد أسلوب التفضيل في کلام المحدثين في الرواة تزکية وجرحاً، وکانت الألفاظ الواردة في التعديل أکثر من الألفاظ الواردة في الجرح، ودلالة هذه الألفاظ علي حال الرواة حقيقية إلا في بعض المواضع التي بيّنتها في ثنايا البحث، ولم يرد أسلوب التفضيل في مراتب الجرح والتعديل عند ابن أبي حاتم أو الذهبي، وأول من أدخله في مراتب الجرح والتعديل ابن حجر العسقلاني، وکان المتعنتون من نقاد الحديث مثل يحيي بن سعيد القطان، ويحيي بن معين، وأبي حاتم الرازي، أکثر استعمالاً لأسلوب التفضيل من المتوسطين مثل ابن عدي والدارقطني، ومن نتائج البحث أيضاً اختلاف دلالة التفضيل في کلام اللغويين عنها في کلام المحدثين، حيث لابد من مراعاة حال الناقد من حيث التشدد والتوسط والتسامح في الجرح والتعديل، کذلک مراعاة حال الراوي الفاضل والمفضول من حيث العدالة والضبط وأيضاً عدد الرواية، ويعتبر أسلوب التفضيل في کلام المتقدمين حجة علي کلام المتاخرين، لأنهم الأرسخ قدماً في الحديث، والأعلم بالرواة وأحوالهم في الرواية، وکان أکثر المتشددين استعمالاً لأسلوب التفضيل يحيي بن معين، وأکثر المعتدلين استعمالاً له أحمد بن حنبل، ومن أبرز نتائج هذا البحث معرفة أثبت الناس في الشيوخ الذين عليهم مدار أکثر الحديث، مثل ابن شهاب الزهري، وأبي إسحاق السبيعي، وغيرهم.
