التدليس عند المحدثين " دراسة تطبيقية " Contravention in the Context of Modernists" " An Applied Study "

   قمت في هذا البحث بتعريف التدليس عند المحدثين، ثم ذکرت أقسامه عند المحدثين، وبينت أن أقسام التدليس تندرج تحت قسمين رئيسيين من أقسام التدليس، وهما : تدليس الإسناد، وتدليس الشيوخ، وذکرت باقي أقسامه وهي: تدليس التسوية، وتدليس الأماکن والبلاد، وتدليس العطف، وتدليس القطع، وتدليس الصيغ، وذکرت تحت کل قسم من أقسام التدليس أمثلة تطبيقية للتوضيح والبيان، وبينت في هذا البحث حکم کل قسم من أقسام التدليس، وذکرت فيه الأسباب الداعية إلى ذم المُدلِس، وأسباب التدليس عن الثقات والضعفاء.
In this research, I defined fraud in the context of modernizers and then mentioned its sections in the context of modernizers. It showed that fraud sections fall under two main sections of fraud, namely the falsification of attribution and the falsification of the scholars. Other sections were mentioned, namely, fraud of equalization (knocking down a weak unarrator between two trusts), falsification of places and countries, fraud of sympathy, falsification of parts and falsification of formulations. Under each section of fraud, examples were cited for clarification and statement. In this paper, the judgment of each section of fraud was stated, in which the reasons for defamation of the fraudster and the reasons for falsification of trust were mentioned and the weak.
