التَّحوُّل العِلْمي والمعرفي في عَصر الثَّقافة الإلِکتُرونِيَّة دراسة تحليلية The Scientific and Cognitive Transformation in the Era of Electronic Culture

تناول هذا البحث ظاهرة التحول العلمي والمعرفي في عَصر الثَّقافة الإلکترونيّة، وهَدَفَ إلى التعريف بهذا التحول مع رصد عوامله والکشف عن الآثار الإيجابية والسلبية لهذا التحول، وکيفية الإفادة والتوظيف الفاعل له. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الاستقرائي والمنهج والتحليلي، وکانت من أبز نتائج البحث:
-        من مظاهر التحول العلمي والمعرفي تحول أغلب المصادر العلمية والمعرفية إلى الميدان الإلکتروني، واعتماد نتاجها العلمي والمعرفي في التعليم والبحث العلمي والمعلوماتية في ظل الحراک الثقافي والانفتاح المعرفي.
-        من العوامل المؤدية إلى التحول العلمي والمعرفي في عصر الثقافة الإلکترونية، مناهج التعليم وأساليبه واعتماد مخرجات التعليم الإلکتروني والتواصل والتبادل المعرفي.
-        من الآثار الإيجابية للتحول العلمي والمعرفي في عصر الثقافة الإلکترونية؛ خدمة الفرد والمجتمع معرفيا، ومواکبة المتغيرات العلمية والمعرفية والثقافية العالمية، وخدمة ميدان التعليم.
-        من الآثار السلبية للتحول العلمي والمعرفي في عصر الثقافة الإلکترونية؛ جزئية المعلومة الإلکترونية وافتقادها للترابط، والکسل العلمي وضمور الذاکرة المعرفية.
-        وفي سبيل الإفادة والتوظيف الإيجابي للثقافة الإلکترونية؛ ينبغي الاستخدام المتوازن للثقافة الإلکترونية، والحفاظ على الهوية الثقافية وتنقيح نتاج الثقافة الإلکترونية ما أمکن ذلک.
   وأوصى الباحث المؤسساتالعلمية والثقافية والتعليميةوالاجتماعية بالتوظيف الفاعل للثقافة الإلکترونية بما يحقق الأهداف الإيجابية والثمرة العلمية المنشودة منها، کما أوصي الباحثين من أساتذة الجامعات وطلاب الدراسات العليا في مجال الدراسات الإنسانية؛ بالمزيد من ملامسة موضوع التحول العلمي والمعرفي في عصر الثقافة الإلکترونية بأبحاث توسعية تتناول الموضوع من کل جزئياته وزواياه.
 
Abstract
 
    This research deals with the phenomenon of cultural and scientific transformation in the era of electronic culture. It aims to introduce the scientific and cognitive transformation in the era of electronic culture and the extent of its tyranny, Monitoring the factors of scientific and cognitive transformation, revealing the positive and negative effects of this transformation, and how to benefit and effectively employ them.
    In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher has followed the inductive, analytical and descriptive approach, and the most notable results of the research were:
- One of the manifestations of the scientific and cognitive transformation; most of the scientific and cognitive sources have been transformed into the electronic field, and the adoption of its scientific and cognitive output in education, scientific research and informatics in light of cultural mobility and cognitive openness.
- One of the factors leading to the scientific and cognitive transformation
in the era of electronic culture are curricula and methods of education, adoption of electronic learning output, communication and cognitive exchange.
- One of the positive effects of scientific and cognitive transformation in the era of electronic culture; Serving the individual and society cognitively, Keeping abreast of global scientific, cognitive and cultural changes, and Serving the field of education.
- One of the negative effects of the scientific and cognitive transformation in the era of electronic culture; Electronic information is only a partial, that lacks of connectivity, scientific laziness and cognitive memory atrophy.
- For the benefit and positive employment of electronic culture; The electronic culture should be used in a balanced manner, the preservation of cultural identity and the electronic culture output should be revised as much as possible.
- The researcher recommended the scientific, cultural, educational and social institutions to effectively employ the electronic culture in order to achieve the positive goals and the desired scientific fruit, that they eek.
- He also recommended researchers as the university professors and the graduate students in the field of humanitarian studies; further research on the subject of scientific and cognitive transformation in the era of electronic culture with expansive research on the subject in all its parts and angles.
