شبهات النسخ عند نصر حامد أبو زيد والرد عليها- دراسة تحليلية نقدية Refuting the Suspicions of “naskh”* Claimed by Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid: a Critical Analytical Study

ظل المسلمون طوال تاريخهم يعدون طرق نقل القرآن الکريم من أوثق الطرق، حتى ظهر في هذا الزمان زمرة من أهل الحداثة والعلمنة، زعمت أنها عازمة على إعادة تشکيل القرآن الکريم في إخراج جديد ونسخة حديثة، من هنا فقد قدمت هذا البحث لبيان المنهج المنحرف في موضوع النسخ في القرآن الکريم من منظور أحد الحداثيين وهو الدکتور نصر حامد أبوزيد، وهي دراسة تحليلية نقدية کاشفة عن جوانب الحق مفندة شبهاته من خلال ما قدمه في مبحث النسخ في کتابه مفهوم النص، وکان المنهج المتبع في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي النقدي وذلک بعرض شبهات النسخ عند نصر حامد أبوزيد وتحليلها ثم نقدها، وقد انبنى البحث على مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، کان المبحث الأول منها: التعريف بنصر حامد أبوزيد، وتعريف النسخ، والمبحث الثاني: موقف أهل العلم من النسخ، والمبحث الثالث: شبهات النسخ عند نصر حامد أبوزيد والرد عليها، والخاتمة وفيها أهم النتائج.
Throughout their history, Muslims have always considered the methods of transmitting the Noble Qur’an to be among the most reliable methods, until a group of modernists and secularists appeared in this time, claiming that they were determined to reconstruct the Noble Qur’an in a new way and a modern version. For this reason, I conducted this research to demonstrate the deviant approach of “naskh” the Holy Qur’an from the perspective of one of those modernists, Dr. Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd. It is a critical analytical study revealing aspects of the truth, and showing the suspicions of what he presented in his book “The Concept of the Text”. This research used the analytical-critical approach to present, analyze and criticize the suspicions of “naskh” in the work of Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid. It consists of an introduction, three research topics and a conclusion. The first topic was basically to introduce Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid. The second is basically about the stance of scientists towards “naskh”. The third was about revealing the suspicions found in the work of Nasr Hamid Abu Zaid.  Finally, the conclusion contains the most important results.
