الإنفاق وأثره في إصلاح الفرد والمجتمع "دراسة موضوعيه في ضوء القرآن الکريم Expenditure and its Impact on the Reform of the Individual and the Society; a Thematic Study in the Light of the Noble Qur'an.

تطرقت في هذا البحث إلى موضوع جد هام وهو قضية الإنفاق في ظل تفشي البخل وحب المال بين بعض طوائف المجتمع، وفي ظل ما يتردد في کثير من المذاهب الفلسفية القائمة على تعذيب الجسد حتى تصفو الروح، وأن المال نقمة وأنه شر على الإنسان في ذاته، فکانت فکرة هذا البحث بما يرد على ذلک ويبين تفاضل الإسلام وتکامله على الديانات الأخرى وأنه منهج وسطي معتدل فلا إسراف ولا تقتير.
   واعتمدت في کتابة هذا البحث على ثلاثة أنواع من المناهج المنهج الوصفي، والمنهج الاستقرائي التتبعي، والمنهج التحليلي.
وقد توصلت إلى أن الإنفاق أمر من الله تعالى للمؤمن يقربه من مولاه، کما أنه يخلق جواً من المشارکة والود بين أفراد المجتمع، ويجعله مجتمعاً قوياً متماسکاً.
    إن فکرة الإنفاق وحسن توزيع الثروة بين الناس، ليست فکرةً تحفظ المجتمع الإنساني السليم وترعاه فحسب، بل إنها کذلک فکرة تعمل على تأسيسه ورفع أبنيته فالإنفاق تشريعُ بِناء، وليس تشريع حفظ وصيانة فقط.
   العذاب الأليم، والخزي في الدنيا والآخرة وعدٌ من الله سبحانه للبخلاء.
In this research article, I touched on a very important subject, which is the issue of expenditure. This is because we live in light of the spread of miserliness and the love of money among some sects of society and in light of what is rumored in many philosophical doctrines related to torturing the body until the soul is purified, and that money is a curse, an issue of evil for the human being. Therefore, the idea of ​​this research was to denounce those rumors, and to clarify the preference and integration of Islam over other religions, and that Islam is a moderate religion with neither extravagance nor stinginess.
In writing this research, I relied on three types of approaches: the descriptive approach, the inductive approach, and the analytical approach.
I have concluded that expenditure is an order from Allah the Almighty for the believer to bring him closer to his master, and it also creates an atmosphere of participation and friendliness among members of society, and makes it a strong and cohesive society.
The idea of ​​expenditure and the good distribution of wealth among people is not only an idea to preserve the healthy society, it is also an idea that is working to establish it and raise its buildings. Spending is a constructive legislation, and not just conservation and maintenance legislation.
Painful torment and disgrace in this world and the hereafter are a promise from Allah the Almighty to the miserly.
