آيات قصة ذي القرنين "دراسة تحليلية" VERSES RECITING THE PARABLE OF "DHUL-QARNAYN": AN ANALYTICAL MONOGRAPH.

للتفسير التحليلي أسئلته المنهجية التي تدور حول أسباب النزول, ومبهمات القرآن, ودلالة السياق, وبلاغة المفردة, والجملة القرآنية, والدلالات التربوية، واللطائف الإشارية وأسلوب القرآن وغيرها كثير مما تفرضه طبيعة ذلك المنهج, وهذه الدراسة تعرضت لكثير منها حسب مقتضيات النص. ومن ذلك: ما مناسبة هذه القصة لما سبقها؟ وما منزلتها في سياق الوحدة الموضوعة لسورة الكهف؟ وهل كان ذو القرنين من الملوك أم جمع بين الملك والنبوة؟ وما دلالة استهلال القصة بالسؤال؟ من أهم أسباب اختيار آيات هذه القصة؛ لتكون موضوعًا للدراسة؛ ما يمر به المجتمع الإنساني المعاصر من مشاكل، وفساد اجتماعي، وأخلاقي، واقتصادي، وسياسي، ونشوب الحروب الطاحنة التي أكلت الأخضر، واليابس، وشردت شعوباً, ودمرت مدنًا, ودولًا كل تلك المشكلات تبحث عن حلول, وقصة ذي القرنين قدمت نموذجًا فعالًا لحل مشكلات مختلفة لشعوب من الغرب والشرق؛ فما أجدر أن نعرض تلك الحلول, ونجدد العهد بها في الوعي الإنساني.
An analytical exegesis of Qur'anic verses discusses methodical questions about matters like: occasions of revelation, ambiguities of the Qur'an, contextual meaning, rhetoric at word and sentence levels, moral messages, euphemism, stylistic features and so on. The study at hand tackles of such aspects only those represented in the verses being analyzed; for example: how does this parable relate to what precedes it? How does it function as a component of the thematic unity of "The Cave" chapter? Was Dhul-Qarnayn just a king or was he a prophet king? What's the significance of introducing the story with a question? … etc.
     The importance of this parable as a subject of study resides in its relevance to the troubles the human society is encountering nowadays. The present world is threatened by social turbulences, moral corruption, economic imbalance, and political manipulation. Besides, there are atrocious wars everywhere that destroy all aspects of life, displace peoples, and devastate towns and countries. All these troubles need solutions that can be found in the parable of Dhul-Qarnayn. Peoples of the East and the West can put ends to many of their problems by adopting the values of this story. This is why there is a pressing need for renewing our commitment to those values and reviving them in the consciousness of all humanity.
