   لما كان القرآن الكريم المنزل على رسوله الأمين، بلسان عربي مبين، المتعبد بتلاوته، المتحدي بأقصر سورة منه، المعجزة الخالدة، معجزًا في نظمه الذي نقتفي فيه آثار المعاني، إذ كل لفظه بل كل حرف قد وضع في موضع سديد يتناسب مع سياق نظمه السابق واللاحق ولو وضع حرف آخر مكانه لاختل المعنى وفسد السياق.
ويحوي هذا الكتاب المعجز في ثناياه أسلوب الترقي في المعنى التفسيري ولدراسته أهمية بالغة في خدمة كتاب الله تعالى وتدبر نظمه المعجز، إذ الترقي هو الانتقال بالمعنى في تدرج وترقي دقيق عام إلى ذروته ليحقق المراد منه وفق المقام الوارد فيه، ففي كل آية معنى تنتظم به مع ما قبلها وما بعدها انتظامًا داخلاً في معنى الإعجاز الذي لا يأتي الخلق بمثله ولو كان بعضهم لبعض ظهيرًا.
   ومن ثم كان عنوان البحث: «تأملات في أسلوب الترقي في المعنى التفسيري في سورة القدر» وقد تناولت فيه معنى الترقي والتعريف بالسورة الكريمة, وعناصر النظم المؤثرة في الترقي للمعنى التفسيري للسورة الكريمة.
As the Noble Qur’an revealed to its faithful messenger, in a clear Arabic tongue, worshiped by its recitation, challenged by its shortest surah, the eternal miracle, miraculous in its systems in which we trace the meanings, as every word, rather, every letter has been placed in a correct position commensurate with the context of its previous and subsequent systems. And if another letter was put in its place, the meaning would be distorted and the context would be spoiled.
    This miraculous book contains within it the method of progression in the exegetical meaning, and its study is of great importance in serving the Book of God Almighty and managing its miraculous systems. What precedes it and what follows it is a regularity within the meaning of the miraculousness of which creation does not come with the like of it, even if they support each other.
    Hence, the title of the research was: “Reflections on the Method of Promotion in the Interpretive Meaning in Surat Al-Qadr.” It dealt with the meaning of promotion and the definition of the Noble Surah, and the elements of systems affecting the promotion of the interpretative meaning of the Noble Surah.
