منهج الإمام الحافظ: ابن حجر العسقلانى ( ت852ه) في أحاديثه التى ذكرها في كتابه " بُلوغ المُرام من أدلة الأحكام " " عرضٌ ودراسة "

فقد تنوعت المصنفات في السنة النبوية، وتفنن العلماء على مر العصور في التأليف فيها، في الانتقاء والتصنيف، والجمع والاختصار، والترتيب والتهذيب، وقد كان للتصنيف في السنن وأحاديث الأحكام: حظ وافر وجهد مشكور، بدأ العلماء به منذ وقت مبكر من التصنيف، وتعددت مؤلفاتها وتنوعت على مر السنين، ثم اختصرت بعد وهذبت، فكان من أشهر تلك الكتب كتاب "بُلوغ المرام" للحافظ ابن حجر، فقد انتشر انتشارا واسعا، ودرس في المساجد، ودور العلم والمعاهد، والجامعات، وذلك لمكانة مؤلفه، وجهده في تحريره وانتقاء أحاديثه، وشموله واختصاره.
   وقد حظي "بُلوغ المرام" بعناية طلاب العلم تعلما وتعليما، وتعددت الدورات والشروح لهذا الكتاب المبارك، وكان جل ما وقفت عليه لا يخرج عن استنباط الأحكام وذكر الخلاف، ولكني رغبت بالكتابة حول جزئية معينة حول هذا الكتاب، في موضوع بالغ الأهمية، أشعر بفائدتها، وألمس من طلابي حاجتهم، وشغفهم بها، وهي طريقة ابن حجر وتصرفاته في الأحاديث التي جمعها، وهذه كما يجتاجها الطالب المبتدي، لا يستغني عنها العالم المنتهي، بل إن بعض من: منهج الإمام الحافظ: ابن حجر العسقلانى ( ت852هـ) في أحاديثه التى ذكرها في كتابه "بُلوغ المُرام من أدلة الأحكام"  "عرضٌ ودراسة"
   وتبزر أهمية هذا الموضوع فيما يأتي: أهمية مؤلفات أحاديث السنن والأحكام ومكانتها في الدين، وإبراز بعض جهود العلماء الكبيرة في هذا الفن منذ عصر مبكر، حيث توارد على التأليف فيه على مر العصور أعلام كثر وعدد من العلماء الكبار، في مؤلفات متعددة، بعضها وصل إلينا وبعضها وصل لنا منه الشيء بعد الشيء، ومنها ما فُقد ولم يصل منه شيء،ويأتي من ضمن تلك الكتب المؤلفة المهمة: كتاب بُلوغ المرام للحافظ ابن حجر، فقد اشتمل على أحاديث كثيرة منتقاة مع صغر حجمه وبراعة مؤلفه في الانتقاء والاختصار، فهو وارث علم جل تلك المصنفات.
   ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها في هذه الدراسة أن الحافظ استفاد من كتب أحاديث الأحكام التي سبقته مثل كتاب المنتقى لابن تيمية، وقد اشترك معه في بعض الانتقادات الموجه للمجد في اختصار بعض الأحاديث.و تميز البلوغ بأنه مع شموله، كتاب مختصر محرر،والأصل أنه يورد الأحاديث بالراوي من الصحابة فقط، وقليلا ما يورده مع الراوي عن الصحابي، والأقل أن يورده ببعض سنده، وأقل القليل أن يذكره بإسناده.

    Has received "puberty" attention students of science learning and education, and multiple courses and explanations for this blessed book, and most of what I stood on it does not come out of the deduction of provisions and mention of disagreement, but I wanted to write about a certain part about this book, in a very important topic, I feel useful, and touch my students need, and their passion for it, which is the way IbnHajar and his actions in the conversations he collected, and this as needed by the student beginner, does not dispense with the world ended, but that some of the book saves may not pay attention to many of these things except by stopping him on them, so I thought that my writing should be in: Al-Hafiz's methodology in listing the hadiths of puberty.
    The importance of this topic is as follows: the importance of the writings of the hadiths of Sunan and rulings and their place in religion, and highlighting some of the great efforts of scholars in this art since an early age, where the authorship has been mentioned throughout the ages by many flags and a number of great scholars, in multiple books, some of which reached us and some of which reached us from it thing after thing, and some of them were lost and nothing arrived from it, and among those important authored books are: The book of attainment of the Maram by Al-Hafiz IbnHajar, it included many selected hadiths with its small size and the ingenuity of its author in selection and abbreviation, as he is the inheritor of the science of most of these works.
    One of the most important findings in this study is that Al-Hafiz benefited from the books of hadiths of the rulings that preceded him, such as the book Al-Muntaqa by IbnTaymiyyah, and he participated with him in some criticisms directed at glory in shortening some hadiths.
