دور إصلاح ذات البين في تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية - دراسة نظرية -

يعرض هذا البحث موضوع: دور إصلاح ذات البين في تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية، ويهدف إلى بيان مفهوم إصلاح ذات البين وفضله، والتعرف على مفهوم اللحمة الوطنية وأهميتها، عرض أهم وسائل إصلاح ذات البين وأساليبه، وإبراز دور إصلاح ذات البين في مجال تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية.
   وقد تناوله الباحث من خلال المنهجين: الاستقرائي والاستنباطي، وقد تكون البحث من مقدمة وأربعة مباحث وخاتمة: المبحث الأول: مفهوم إصلاح ذات البين وفضله، والثاني: مفهوم اللحمة الوطنية وأهميتها، والثالث: وسائل إصلاح ذات البين وأساليبه، والرابع: دور إصلاح ذات البين في مجال تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية.
   وقد خلص البحث إلى نتائج منها: إن الشريعة الإسلامية أولت إصلاح ذات البين أهمية بالغة.
   إن إصلاح ذات البين يعد إجراء وقائي وعلاجي لمنع الجرائم والاختلاف والفرقة وانتشار فساد ذات البين.
وأنه من أهم سُبل تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية، وأحد عوامل تحقيق الأمن الشامل وحماية الضرورات الخمس.
 

   التوصيات:
   1- إعداد دروس ومحاضرات وندوات، وإقامة دورات ومؤتـمرات علمية تناول فضل إصلاح ذات البين ووسائله وأساليبه:
   2- تناول الموضوع بالدراسات والبحوث العلمية من جميع جوانبه.
   3- تناول سبل تعزيز اللحمة الوطنية بالدراسات والبحوث العلمية لأهمية ذلك.
This research presents the topic: The role of Dhat-al-Bayyin reform in strengthening national cohesion.
    The researcher dealt with it through the two approaches: inductive and deductive, and the research consisted of an introduction, four topics, and a conclusion: the first topic: the concept of reforming the same argument and its virtue, the second: the concept of national cohesion and its importance, the third: the means and methods of reforming the clear argument, and the fourth: the role of reforming the clear argument in field of strengthening national cohesion.
    The research concluded with results, including: The Islamic Sharia has given great importance to reforming the evidence.    Reconciliation is a preventive and remedial measure to prevent crimes, disagreement and division, and the spread of family corruption.    And that it is one of the most important ways to strengthen national cohesion, and one of the factors for achieving comprehensive security and protecting the five necessities.
Recommendations:     Preparing lessons, lectures and seminars, and holding scientific courses and conferences dealing with the merits of self-explanatory reform and its means and methods:     Dealing with the subject through scientific studies and research in all its aspects.    Addressing ways to strengthen national cohesion through scientific studies and research due to the importance of this.
