أثر سقوط بغداد على أداء العراقيين لشعائر الحج

    لقد كان للدولة العباسية دور كبير في تأمين طرق الحج إلى مكة والمدينة  لعظم هذا الفرض الديني  امتدادا لجهود الخليفة عبدالله بن محمد مؤسس الدولة في جانب تأمين طريق الحج من بغداد إلى مكة، كما امتدت اهتماماتهم بكسوة الكعبة ورعاية المدينتين المقدستين والحرمين الشريفين ولكن تمر جحافل جيوش المغول لتكتسح معالم الدولة وتسقط الدولة العباسية مع سقوط بغداد وتسقط حاضرة الخلافة بغداد في النهاية ويصبح سكان بغداد تحت سيطرة المغول بعدما أصيبت الأمة بأمراض منها عدم وضوح الهوية الإسلامية والفرقة بين الأمة الإسلامية والترف والركون إلى الدنيا، وما يهمنا هو كيف كان حال أداء فريضة الحج مع إقامة شعائره ومعاملة المغول مع هذه المسألة.
