أحكام هندسة الجينات

فإن من أبرز سمات هذا العصر كثرة المستجدات والنوازل التي لم تكن معروفة من قبل، وقد فتح الله على أهل هذا العصر من الاكتشافات ما لم يعرفه السابقون في العلم والطب، وغير ذلك من ميادين الحياة وشؤونها.
   ولعل من أهم المستجدات في هذا العصر التطور العلمي الحاصل في علوم الوراثة، وفي مجال الهندسة الوراثية على وجه الخصوص. فقد أدت الاكتشافات العلمية الحديثة إلى معرفة أن أصل خلق الإنسان من خلية واحدة، وكل خلية تحتوي على نواة، وهذه النواة تحتوى على الجينات التي تحمل المادة الوراثية
ومع هذا التقدم والتطور الحاصل في تقنية الهندسة الوراثية، يخشى العلماء أن يؤدي هذا التقدم التقني في أسلوب الهندسة الوراثية وتطبيقاتها إلى الإخلال بالتوازن البيولوجي الحيوي والبيئي.
   وقد قام علماء الأمة الإسلامية بتوجيه هذا العلم وجهة إيمانية، ووضعوه في دائرة إسلامية يستمد منها منهجه ويبنى مفرداته من نسيجها، مضبوطا بضوابط الشرع؛ صيانة له عن العبث واستغلاله فيما يضر ولا ينفع. ويتناول البحث هذه القضية الحيوية الهامة في مجال هندسة الجينات البشرية.
   هذا البحث في هندسة الجينات وقد قسمته إلى: مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة فصول وخاتمة وفهرس. المقدمة واشتملت على: أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، ومنهج البحث، وخطته.         التمهيد: وتكلمت فيه عن حقيقة الجينات وحقيقة الهندسة الوراثية.
   أما الفصول فتكلمت في:
   الفصل الأول: عن الفحص الجيني. وتحدثت في الفصل الثاني: عن العلاج الجيني. وفي الفصل الثالث: تناولت بالبحث الاستنساخ الجيني.
   ثم ذكرت أهم النتائج والتوصيات التى توصلت إليها من خلال البحث.
One of the most prominent features of this era is the abundance of new developments and cataclysms that were not known before, and God has opened to the people of this era of discoveries what the previous ones did not know in science, medicine, and other fields of life and its affairs.
    Perhaps one of the most important developments in this era is the scientific development in genetics, and in the field of genetic engineering in particular. Modern scientific discoveries have led to the knowledge that the origin of human creation is from one cell, and each cell contains a nucleus, and this nucleus contains genes that carry genetic material
    With this progress and development in the technology of genetic engineering, scientists fear that this technical progress in the method of genetic engineering and its applications will lead to disruption of the biological and environmental biological balance.
    The scholars of the Islamic nation have guided this science from a religious point of view, and placed it in an Islamic Circle from which it derives its methodology and builds its vocabulary from its fabric, controlled by the controls of Sharia; to protect it from tampering and exploiting it in what harms and does not benefit. The research addresses this vital and important issue in the field of human genetic engineering.
    This research is in genetic engineering and I have divided it into: introduction, preface, three chapters, conclusion and index. The introduction included: the importance of the topic, the reasons for choosing it, the research method, and its plan. Preface: I talked about the reality of genes and the reality of genetic engineering.
 
    The chapters spoke at:
    Chapter One: about genetic screening
    And I talked in the second chapter: about gene therapy. And in the third chapter: the research dealt with genetic cloning.
    Then I mentioned the most important findings and recommendations I came up with through the research
