قضايا المرأة في فكر الإمام الأكبر الشيخ جاد الحق علي جاد الحق - شيخ الأزهر- دراسة تحليلية

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مكانة المرأة في الإسلام في ضوء التراث العلمي لفضيلة الإمام الأكبر الشيخ جاد الحق علي جاد الحق-شيخ الأزهر الأسبق-، الذي قدم العديد من الجهود الدعوية في نشر رسالة الأزهر الشريف داخل مصر وخارجها، وله الدور العظيم في معالجة الكثير من المشكلات الفكرية والاجتماعية من خلال مؤلفاته العلمية وأحاديثه الإذاعية، ومناقشة تلك القضايا تفعيلًا لدعوة الأزهر الشريف تحت رعاية شيخه فضيلة الأستاذ الدكتور أحمد الطيب -حفظه الله- بضرورة تنقية التراث العلمي لعلماء الأمة، وتأتي أهمية هذا الموضوع في أنه لم يظفر بدراسة مستقلة، وإنما عثرت عليه في ثنايا التراث العلمي للشيخ، فأردت -قدر جهدي- جمع تلك القضايا المتعلقة بالمرأة في بحث مستقل؛ ليسهل على القارئ الرجوع إليه والاستفادة منه، ويتكون هذا البحث من مقدمة وتمهيد وستة مباحث وخاتمة، أما المقدمة ففيها بيان أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهداف الدراسة، وحدود الدراسة، ومشكلة الدراسة، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث، وإجراءات البحث، وخطة البحث، والتمهيد يشتمل على التعريف بفضيلة الإمام جاد الحق -شيخ الأزهر-، وقد تناولت في المبحث الأول قضايا المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في فكر الإمام جاد الحق-شيخ الأزهر-، وفي المبحث الثاني تناولت قضايا تولي المرأة القضاء والولايات العامة في فكر الإمام جاد الحق-شيخ الأزهر-، وفي المبحث الثالث تناولت قضية ختان المرأة في فكر الإمام جاد الحق -شيخ الأزهر-، وفي المبحث الرابع تناولت قضايا الحجاب والنقاب في فكر الإمام جاد الحق - شيخ الأزهر-، وفي المبحث الخامس تناولت قضايا الأمومة في فكر الإمام جاد الحق - شيخ الأزهر-، وفي المبحث السادس تناولت قضايا الأسرة المتعلقة بالمرأة في فكر الإمام جاد الحق - شيخ الأزهر-.
    This research aims at highlighting the status of woman in Islam in light of the legacy of His Eminence Grand Imam Jaad Al-Haq Ali Jaad Al-Haq, former Sheikh of Al-Azhar who made great contributions to the field of da'wa for the sake of spreading the message of Al-Azhar inside and outside Egypt. He also played a great role in addressing several social and intellectual issues through his writings and radio talks. The research discusses such issues with a view to promoting the role of Al-Azhar under the patronage of its Grand Imam Sheikh Ahmed At-Tayyeb who called for paying due attention to the legacy of Muslim scholars. The importance of this topic lies in the fact that no separate study has been dedicated to it. It is found scattered throughout the Sheikh's legacy. Therefore, I sought, as best as I could, to piece together all women-related issues in a separate research so that the reader can easily refer to and benefit from it. The research consists of a forward, an introduction, six sections and a conclusion. The forward highlights the importance of the topic, the rationale, study objectives, limitations, problem of the study, literature review, research methodology, research procedures and research outline. The introduction gives a biography of His Eminence Grand Imam of Al-Azhar Sheikh Jaad Al-Haq. Section  discusses the issue of gender equality from the perspective of the Grand Imam. Section  discusses the Grand Imam's opinion on women serving as judges. Section  discusses the Grand Imam's view on female circumcision. Section  discusses the Grand Imam's opinion on woman's face veil. Section  highlights the Grand Imam's opinion on maternity-related issues. Section  discusses family issues related to woman from the Grand Imam's perspective.
