رواية ‌الأكابر ‌عن ‌الأصاغر، أو رواية الفاضل عن المفضول، أو رواية الكبار عن الصغار

   المقدمة: لا شك أن أفضل العلوم وأشرفها بعد كتاب الله تعالى هو علم الحديث، والحديث هو كلام رسول الله (r) وفعله وتقريره، وهو المبين لكلام الله تعالى والمفسر له، والموضح لكل ما أجمل فيه، وقد قيض      الله (U) لهذا الدين من يحفظه من كل شاردة وواردة، ورواية الفاضل عن المفضول هو نوع مهم من أنواع علم الحديث، وتبرز أهمية هذه الرواية، أنها احتوت مجموعة من نصوصها على أحكام فقهية، فثبوت هذه الأحكام مبني على صحة هذه النصوص. الهدف: وقد جاء هذا البحث وهذه الدراسة ليلقي الضوء على هذه الرواية، ومدى فائدتها، ورأى الجمهور فيها ومدى صحتها وصحة ما حوته من أحاديث، وبالتالي صحة ما حوته من أحكام فقهية، وقد تكون البحث من مقدمة، وتمهيد بينت فيه شرف هذه الرواية، وسبعة مباحث عبارة عن:
المبحث الأول: أدلة مشروعيتها. المبحث الثاني: معناها لغة واصطلاحاً. المبحث الثالث: أسبابها. المبحث الرابع: أقسامها. المبحث الخامس: أنواعها. المبحث السادس: فائدة معرفة هذا النوع من الروايات. المبحث السابع: المصنفات فيها. وخاتمة: فيها أهم ما توصل فيه هذا البحث من نتائج وتوصيات، وأهم المصادر والمراجع. النتائج: رواية الفاضل عن المفضول من لطائف الإسناد، ومُلح الرواية، وهي خلاف الجادة، ولها فوائد جمة عظيمة، وقد أفرد لها أهل الشأن مبحثاً خاصاً بها لأهميتها وفضلها، وقد بينت شيئاً من أحوال الرواة وظروف تحملها، وروايتها، وعلاقة التلميذ بالشيوخ. التوصيات: الحرص على دراسة الروايات الحديثية، ودراستها، وبيان الصحيح من الضعيف من متونها، ونشرها بين المختصين في هذا الشأن، وتتبعها- وهي كثيرة – وإبرازها بين أهل العلم.
Introduction: there is no doubt that the best and most honorable science after the book of Allaah is the science of Hadith, and Hadith is the words of the messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his deed and report, which is the clarifier of the words of Allaah, the interpreter of him, and the clarifier of all that is most beautiful in it, and Allaah Almighty has rewarded for this religion whoever preserves it from every stray and incoming, and the narration of the virtuous about the favorite is an important type of Hadith science, and the importance of this narration is highlighted, that a set of its texts contained Fiqh rulings, so the proof of these rulings is based on the validity of these texts. Objective: This research and this study came to shed light on this novel, and how useful it is, and the public saw in it and the extent of its validity and the validity of the whale of the Hadiths, and therefore the validity of the whale of jurisprudence, and the research may be from an introduction, a preface in which I explained the honor of this novel, and seven: The first topic: evidence of its legality. The second topic: the meaning of language and terminology. The third topic: its causes. The fourth topic: its sections. The fifth topic: their types. The Sixth topic: the usefulness of knowing this kind of novels. The seventh topic: classifiers in it. Conclusion: it contains the most important findings and recommendations of this research, and the most important sources and references.
