أثر الشيخ محمد مصطفى الأعظمي في الدراسات النقدية للاستشراق (المستشرق شاخت أنموذجًا) (دراسة تحليلية)

   الهدف الرئيس من البحث: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة مدى الأثر الذي تركته أعمال الشيخ محمد مصطفى الأعظمي على المتلقين والدارسين الغربيين في مجال المصادر الفقهية، مع مناقشة بعض الانتقادات التي وجهت إليه.
   محتوى البحث: يقع هذا البحث في تمهيد وأربعة مطالب:
   التمهيد: يحتوي على التعريف بأهم كتب الأعظمي في الدفاع عن المصادر الفقهية كتاب (أصول الفقه المحمدي للمستشرق شاخت دراسة نقدية). المطلب الأول: هيرلد موتزكي، المطلب الثاني: هيربرت بيرغ، المطلب الثالث: كريستوفر ميلتشرت، المطلب الرابع: وينتزل.
   أهم النتائج: توصل البحث بعد استقراء ودراسة بعض الدراسات النقدية لمؤلفات الأعظمي، إلى أن أعمال الأعظمي كان لها أثر وحضور كبير في مجال البحوث والدراسات المتعلقة بثبوت الأحاديث الفقهية، فقوبلت بالإعجاب والتأييد تارة، وبالنقد والرفض تارة أخرى، وقد تناول هذا البحث دراسة مفصلة لهذه الدراسات وناقش بعض ما تعرض له من تحليلات في الغرب.
The Impact of Sheikh Muhammad Mustafa Al-Azami on the Critical Studies of Orientalism in his book (On Schacht's Origins of Muhammadan Jurisprudence).
     The research aims to examine the extent of the impact that his works have had on Westerners students and scholars in the field of   Jurisprudence Hadith studies. The study also discusses some of the criticisms directed at him.
     This research contains an introduction and four topics. The introduction presents the book (On Schacht's Origins of Muhammadan Jurisprudence). The four topics highlights the impact of Al-Azami on Orientalist writings. The four topics includes: Herald Motzki. Herbert Ber. Christopher Melchert. Moeain Wentzel.
            The research reached, by extrapolating some critical studies of Al-Azami’s book and some writings that relied on them, to a conclusion that Al-Azami’s research and studies concerned with the authenticity of the Prophet’s Sunnah had a great impact and presence in the field of research and studies related to the authenticity of the Prophet’s Sunnah.
