أصل الحديث في كلام المحدثين دراسة في ضوء علوم الحديث

يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان معنى أصل الحديث في كلام المحدثين، واستعمالهم لهذا المصطلح.
وبدأت ذلك ببيان معنى الأصل، ومعنى الحديث، والمراد من أصل الحديث، وأتبعت ذلك بورود هذا اللفظ على ألسنة المتقدمين كالإمام مالك، والإمام الشافعي،، ثم ذكرت استعمال الأئمة أصحاب كتب المتون الذين لهم تعقيبات على الأحاديث لهذا المصطلح كالإمام البزار، وابن حبان، والحاكم، والبيهقي في مصنفاتهم، ثم ذكرت ورود "أصل الحديث" في كتب علوم الحديث، ثم قول الأئمة: "أصله في الصحيحين أو في الصحيح"، واندراج الضعيف تحت أصل، والمراد بالأصل الذي يندرج تحته الضعيف جريا على قواعد المحدثين، وأن كثرة الطرق تدل على أن الحديث له أصل، وهل المراد مجرد تعدد الطرق أم لهذه الطرق شروط مع تعددها ثم ذكرت ما تبين من خلال البحث، وأن مصطلح "أصل الحديث" استعمله الأئمة بمعنى له طريق صحيح عن راو معين، فيقال فيه له أصل عن فلان، أو من طريق فلان، وجرى أيضا على ألسنة المتقدمين للتنويه بأهمية ذلك
ومن النتائج: الحديث الضعيف الذي له طريق آخر مرسل يدل على أن للحديث أصل وأن تعدد طرق الحديث الضعيف ضعفا شديدا لا ترقيه بل قد تزيده ضعفًا وورود الحديث المعلق في الصحيح لو لم يكن صحيحا في أصله لما أورده في الصحيح.
ومنها أن الحديث محل الدراسة لو كان له أصل في الصحيحين أو أحدهما – سواء عن نفس الصحابي أو عن غيره – لا بد من الإشارة إلى ذلك حتى ولو كان إسناد الحديث محل الدراسة صحيحا كما هو صنيع الأئمة وغير ذلك ثم ذكرت في الخاتمة أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج
This research aims to clarify the meaning of the origin of Hadith in the words of the hadith scholars and their use of this Term. I began this by explaining the meaning of the original، the meaning of Hadith and what is meant by the the origin of Hadith. I followed that by stating the use of this term by the predecessors as Imam Malek and Imam El Shafhi I mentioned also the use of this term by the owners of Al Matoon books who have comments on Hadith as Al Bazar Imam، Ibn Haban، Al Hakem and Al Boheki. I showed the mentioning of the origin of Hadith in the science of Hadith and then Imams saying "its origin in the Two - Sahih or in the one of them"، and coming the weak under the original "، explaining the meaning of the original which includes weak Hadith according to scholars' rules.. And the multitude of paths are an evidence that the Hadith has an origin، but are the multiple enough or these paths should have conditions despite of their multiplicity. Then I mentioned what was revealed through this research، and the Term" the origin of Hadith "was used by Hadith scholars. On the authority of so and so or through so - and – so. It is true from a specific opinion، so it is said that it has an origin. The previous Sunnah also mentioned the importance of this From the results:. The Weak hadith which has another Mursall way indicates that the Hadith has its origin. the multiple ways of a weak hadith being severly weak do not promote it، but it may even increase its weakness. And the pending hadith mentioned in the Sahih، if it was not authentic in its origin، it would not have mentioned in the Sahih. So، the hadith which is under study if it has an origin in Sahih books or in one of them، whether on the authority of the same companion or on the authority of someone else - this must be pointed out even the. chain of the hadith is invalid as imams did before. Then I mentioned what I reached to in the conclusion.
