مصارف الصَّدقة في اليهودية قديماً وحديثاً

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تتبّع المصارف في الصدقة في اليهودية قديماً وحديثاً، سيما والتطور ملازماً للديانة اليهودية في كل مراحلها، فقد كانت المصارف مختلفة في كل مرحلة حسب ما يستجد على الديانة اليهودية من أحوال تاريخية، وقد تم تتبع مصارف الصدقة قديماً وحديثاً بالاعتماد على ماورد في النصوص التوراتية والتلمودية من أحكام، وقد خلص البحث إلى خضوعها الدائم للهوى البشري المتغيّر كسائر التشريعات في الديانة اليهودية، وضياع التشريع الإلهي الثابت والعادل الحكيم بتوزيع هذه المصارف.
This study aims to trace the means of charity in ancient and modern Judaism، especially since development is inherent in the Jewish religion in all its stages. The means differed at each stage according to the new historical circumstances in the Jewish religion.
The disbursement of alms has been tracked in ancient and modern times based on the rulings contained in biblical and Talmudic texts. The research concluded that it is always subject to amendment، like all other legislation in the Jewish religion، and the absence of fixed، just، and wise divine legislation regarding the distribution of these expenses.
