مشكلة العنوسة بين الواقع والمأمول...

مما لا يخفى على كل ذي لب أن شريعة الإسلام الغراء جاءت بمنهج متكامل بناء صالح لكل بني البشر في جميع الأجواء والأنحاء ، ومن أجل ذلك أرسل الله نبيه محمدًا (r) رسولًا للناس أجمعين ، وأنزل الله عليه القرآن ومثله معه ؛ ليبين للناس ما نُزِّل إليهم من أوامر الله ونواهيه ، فصدع (r) بالحق المبين ، وجاهد في سبيل الله حق جهاده ، وكان حريصا على دعوة أمته وإنقاذها من أسباب الانحراف عن دين الله (عز وجل) ، فأمرهم بكل ما ينفعهم في دنياهم ويسعدهم في أخراهم ، كما قال تعالى:) ﮬ ﮭ ﮮ ﮯ ﮰ ﮱ ﯓ ﯔ ﯕ ﯖ ﯗ ﯘ ﯙ ﯚ ﯛ( [ سورة التوبة الآية 128] ، فبه (r) تمت النعمة، وخُتمت النبوة، وكمل به الدين، وانتشر الخير وعم  في ربوع الدنيا كلها ، ولكن قد يبتعد بعض الناس عن تعاليم هذه الشريعة الغراء والملة الحنيفية السمحاء ،  فينحرفون عن  المنهج القويم وعن الطريق المستقيم ، ويرتكبون أمورا مخالفة لما جاءت به الشريعة  الغراء فتوقعهم في الضيق والحرج  وتسبب المشكلات الكبرى في المجتمع مثل مشكلة العنوسة التي جاء الإسلام بمحاربتها ، وحث على الزواج ورغب فيه ؛حتى لا يؤدي العزوف عنه  إلى أمور خطيرة قد ينتج عنها ارتكاب الفواحش والخنا وغيرها من الصور التي حذرت الشريعة الغراء من ارتكابها ؛ وكل هذا  قد يكون بسبب  العادات والتقاليد والتقليد الأعمى للآخرين أو تفشي الجهل في وسطهم وبعدهم عن التحلي بأخلاق الإسلام وعن التمسك بهدي النبي العدنان (r) ، ولذا أردت أن أرمي بسهم لعله يصيب هدفا- بإذن الله تعالى- في معالجة هذه المشكلة الخطيرة التي تهدد المجتمع بأمور خطيرة ، فأردت أن أشارك بورقة عمل تحت عنوان :" مشكلة العنوسة بين الواقع والمأمول" ؛ لكي أتناول بعض الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى مشكلة العنوسة  ، وأُتْبع ذلك بالعلاج من منظور شرعي ، وكذلك بيان خطرها وأضرارها ،  وكذلك سبل الاستفادة من معالجة ذلك في مواجهة تلك المشكلة الخطيرة حتى نأمل في واقع أفضل .
It is not hidden from anyone with a mind that the noble Sharia of Islam came with an integrated and constructive approach that is suitable for all human beings in all climates and regions. For this reason, God sent His Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as a messenger for all people, and God revealed the Qur’an to him and something like it with him. To make clear to the people what was revealed to them of God’s commands and prohibitions, so he (peace and blessings be upon him) proclaimed the clear truth, and struggled in the path of God in the right way. He was keen to call upon his nation and save it from the causes of deviation from the religion of God (Almighty and Majestic), so he ordered them to do everything that would benefit them in this world and make them happy in the hereafter. As God Almighty said: ((Surat Al-Tawbah, verse 128), through him () blessings were completed, prophethood was sealed, religion was perfected, and goodness spread and spread throughout the entire world. However, some people may turn away from the teachings of this noble Sharia and the tolerant Hanifi religion, so they deviate from the correct approach and the straight path, and commit things that contradict what the noble Sharia has brought, putting them in distress and embarrassment and causing major problems in society, such as the problem of spinsterhood, which Islam came to combat, and urges Marriage and desire for it, so that abstaining from it does not lead to serious matters that may result in committing immoral acts, adultery, and other forms that Sharia warns the righteous against committing, and all of this may be due to customs, traditions, blind imitation of others, or widespread ignorance among them and their distance from adhering to the morals of Islam and adhering to it. With the guidance of the Prophet Adnan (peace be upon him), and therefore I wanted to shoot an arrow that might hit a target - God Almighty willing - in addressing this serious problem that threatens society with serious matters, so I wanted to participate with a working paper under the title: “The problem of spinsterhood between reality and hopes”; In order to address some of the causes that lead to the problem of spinsterhood, and follow that with treatment from a Sharia perspective, as well as explaining its dangers and harms, as well as ways to benefit from treating this in the face of this serious problem so that we can hope for a better reality.
