منهج الحاكم الجشمي (تـ 494هـ) في توجيه المخصوص بالذكر في تفسيره (التهذيب في التفسير)

يتناول بحث المخصوص بالذكر في القرآن الكريم وتوجيهه من خلال تفسير التهذيب في التفسير للحاكم الجشمي، تهدف الدراسة إلى بيان المخصوص بالذكر في القرآن الكريم ومنهج الجشمي في توجيهه، وموارده التي أفاد منها، وتهدف إلى بيان أنواع المخصوص بالذكر عند الجشمي، والطرق التي سلكها لتوجيه المخصوص بالذكر، وإبراز القيمة العلمية لتوجيهاته، كما أن من أهدافها عقد مقارنة بين منهج الحاكم الجشمي ومنهج ابن عطية ومنهج الزمخشري في التعامل مع المخصوص بالذكر.
وقد جاءت الدراسة وفق المنهج التحليلي المقارن في قسمها النظري، ووفق المنهج الاستقرائي الاستنتاجي المقارن في القسم التطبيقي.
خلص البحث إلى جملة من النتائج منها: أن توجيهات المفسرين للمخصوص بالذكر اجتهادية ظنية، وأقواها ما كان له تعلق بأسباب النزول، أو دليل يؤيده من كتاب وسنّة، وأن المخصوص بالذكر يتوقف على المعنى فعلى معنى يثبت وعلى معنى الآخر لا يثبت، وأن للمخصوص بالذكر ثلاثة أحوال: أن يأتي معطوفًا بعد عام، أو متقدمًا على العام، أو منفردًا دون عطف على غيره، وأن للجشمي تميّز وقوة في التوجيهات لم يُفدها ممن سبقه من المفسرين، وإنما أنشأها إنشاءً، وقد تأثر في توجيه المخصوص ببعض مشايخ المعتزلة دون تأثر بعقائدهم في التوجيه، وكان له أثر في عدد من المفسرين من بعده.
وقد بلغ عدد المواضع التي تمت دراستها (160) موضعًا، تم دراستها دراسة موازنة ومقارنة، والخروج بنتيجة لكل موضع.
The research deals with the specific mention in the Holy Quran and its guidance through the interpretation of "Tahdhib" in the interpretation by Al-Hakim Al-Jishumi. The study aims to clarify the specific mention in the Holy Quran and Al-Jishumi's approach in guiding it، along with the sources he benefited from. It aims to clarify the types of the specific mention according to Al-Jashmi، the methods he adopted to direct the specific mention، and highlight the scientific value of his directives. One of its aims is also to make a comparison between the methodology of Al-Hakim Al-Jashmi and the methodologies of Ibn Atiyyah and Al-Zamakhshari in dealing with the specific mention.
 The study was conducted according to the comparative analytical approach in its theoretical section، and according to the comparative inductive-deductive approach in the applied section.
The research concluded to a set of results including: that the directives of the specific mention are speculative diligence، and the strongest of these is what is related to the reasons for revelation، or evidence supported by the Book and the Sunnah، and that what is the specific mention depends on the meaning، so on one meaning it is established and on another meaning it is not established. And for the specific mention، there are three conditions: to come with a conjunction after the general، or to precede the general، or to be singled out without reference to others. And Jashami had distinction and strength in interpretations that did not benefit from those who preceded him from the interpreters، but rather he established them independently. He was influenced in directing the specific by some of the Mu'tazilite scholars without being influenced by their beliefs in guidance، and he had an impact on a number of interpreters after him. The number of positions studied reached 160 positions، studied through a comparative and balanced study، resulting in a conclusion for each position.
