(التَّفْسِيرُ التَّحْلِيلِيُّ لآيَاتِ الصَّدَقَةِ مَعَ بَيَانِ حَلٌّ مُشْكِلَةِ الْفَقْرِ فِي ضَوْءِ الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ)

المقدمة: تكمُن أهمية البحث في أنه يُبين علاج الْقُرْآنِ الْكَرِيمِ لمُشْكِلَةٌ من أخطر وأهم المشاكل التي تُواجه المجتمع طول حياته، وآفة خطيرة لا يكاد يخلو مُجتمع من المُجتمعات منها، وهي ظاهرة مُجتمعية لا يحبها أحداً ولا يرغب فيها أحد، وتكون كثيرة في العديد من المجتمعات؛ فالفقر يُعد واحدة من إحدى المصائب التي تُواجه الإنسان في الحياة؛ لأن الفقر يجعل صاحبه في حالة احتياج دائم، وأنه لا يستطيع القيام بتلبية طلباته البسيطة، وإن كانت الاحتياجات هذه ضرورية وذلك بسبب فقره. وقد وضع الاسلام لعلاج هذه المُشكلة حلولًا فعالة؛ حتى لا يترك الفقر آثاره السلبية وعواقبه الوخيمة على الفرد أو المجتمع الذي يُعاني منه.
 الهدف:
يهدُف البحث لتحقيق الأمور الآتية:
1ــ بيان مفهوم الفقر، والأسباب التي تؤدي إلى الوقوع فيه، والآثار المترتبة عليه.
2ــ بيان سبق القرآن الكريم وإعجازه في علاج ظاهرة قديمة تُعاني منها الدول المُتقدمة والمُتخلِّفة؛ فالدول الغنيَّة لا تخلو من وجود طبقة من الفقراء، والدول الفقيرة على فقرها تتكدَّس فيها الثروات بِيَد فئة قليلة من الأفراد، وهم الأثرياء.
 3ــ بيان أثر علاج القرآن الكريم لهذه المشكلة الخطيرة في الوقاية من الفقر.
وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث أن يكون في مُقدمة - وتمهيد ــومبحثين وخاتمة – وفهرس للموضوعات والمراجع - أما المبحث الأول فجعلته بعنوان: (حث الفرد على حل مشكلة الفقر والتصدي له، وأثر ذلك في حفظ كرامة الإنسان، وتأمينه لقوته وقوت أهله.
أما المبحث الثاني فجعلته بعنوان (حث المجتمع على حل مشكلة الفقر والتصدي له، وأثر ذلك في تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي).
 أما الخاتمة فجاء فيها أهم ما توصل إليه هذا البحث من نتائج، وبعض المقترحات، وأهم المصادر والمراجع، وفهرس الموضوعات.
المنهج: اتبعت في هذا البحث المنهج التحليلي الاستقصائي.
 النتائج: 1ــ إن التشريع الإسلامي بقواعده وقوانينه الثابتة نص على الكثير من الأمور التي تُعالج مُشكلة الفقر، بل وتقضي عليه قبل ظهوره. 2ــ الحد من الفقر، والتصدي له ليس بالتمني ولكن بالعمل، وعجز المرء وكسله سبب البلاء والتأخير
التوصيات: 1ــ أوصي شباب المجتمع بالسعي والعمل في طلب الرزق؛ فالعملُ هو الوسيلةُ الأولى والسلاحُ المَضَّاءُ – بفضل الله وتوفيقه ـ للقضاء على هذه المُشكلة.
2ــ أوصي الأغنياء بوجوب إخراج زكاة أموالهم؛ فالزكاة أمر من الله، وحق من حقوقه ــ عز وجل ــ، وركن من أركان الإسلام، وبالتالي تصبح العلاقة الحقيقية بين الله وبين دافع الزكاة، وليست بين الغني والفقير.
Introduction: The importance of the research lies in that it shows the Holy Qur’an’s treatment of one of the most serious and important problems facing society throughout its life, and a dangerous scourge that hardly any society is free of. It is a societal phenomenon that no one likes and no one desires, and it is abundant in many societies. Poverty is one of the misfortunes that a person faces in life. Because poverty puts the person in a constant state of need, and he is unable to meet his simple requests, even if these needs are necessary, because of his poverty. Islam has developed effective solutions to solve this problem. So that poverty does not leave its negative effects and dire consequences on the individual or society that suffers from it. the goal: The research aims to achieve the following things:1-Explaining the concept of poverty, the reasons that lead to it, and its consequences.2-A statement of the Holy Qur’an’s precedence and its miracles in treating an ancient phenomenon that both developed and backward countries suffer from. Rich countries are not devoid of a class of poor people, and poor countries, despite their poverty, have wealth accumulated in the hands of a small group of individuals, namely the wealthy.3-Explaining the impact of the Holy Qur’an’s treatment of this serious problem in preventing poverty.The nature of the research required that it contain an introduction, a preface, two sections, a conclusion, and an index of topics and references. As for the first section, I titled it: (Urging the individual to solve the problem of poverty and confront it, and the impact of this on preserving human dignity and securing his strength and the livelihood of his family.As for the second section, I titled it (Urging society to solve the problem of poverty and address it, and the impact of this on achieving social solidarity.As for the conclusion, it contains the most important findings of this research, some suggestions, the most important sources and references, and an index of topics.Method: In this research, I followed the analytical-survey method.Results: 1-Islamic legislation, with its established rules and laws, stipulates many matters that address the problem of poverty, and even eliminates it before it appears. 2 - Reducing poverty and confronting it is not by wishful thinking but by action, and a person’s inability and laziness are the cause of calamity and delay .Recommendations: 1- I advise the youth of the community to strive and work to seek livelihood. Work is the first means and the most effective weapon - with God’s grace and success - to eliminate this problem. 2-I recommend to the rich that they must pay zakat on their wealth. Zakat is a command from God, one of His rights - the Almighty - and one of the pillars of Islam, and thus the real relationship becomes between God and the one who pays zakat, and not between the rich and the poor.
