يسلط هذا البحث الضوء على حرمة النفس الإنسانية في السنة النبوية من خلال جمع النصوص الواردة في الموضوع والتي تؤصل حرمة الدماء في الإسلام وتشدد في تحريم قتل الأنفس المعصومة سواء من المسلمين أو المعاهدين، وذم الفتنة والاقتتال بين المسلمين، وتحريم قتل الإنسان نفسه، ثم يبين البحث ما يستثنى من هذا الأصل، ثم يذكر البحث الوسائل التي شرعها الإسلام لتحقيق هذا الأصل، وبعض الدلائل التي تدل على عناية الإسلام بالنفس، والإحسان إليها في حياتها وعند موتها وبعد موتها، ويبين إقرار الإسلام لفطرة الناس في تعظيم أمر الموت والرهبة منه.
This research sheds light on the sanctity of the human soul in the Sunnah of the Prophet by collecting the texts contained in the subject, which establish the sanctity of blood in Islam and stress the prohibition of killing infallible souls, whether Muslims or covenants, condemning strife and fighting among Muslims, and prohibiting the killing of a person himself. Then the research explains What is excluded from this principle, then the research mentions the means that Islam has prescribed to achieve this principle, and some evidence that indicates Islam’s care for the soul and benevolence towards it during its life, at its death, and after its death, and shows Islam’s acknowledgment of the human nature of fear and dread of death.
