المقاصد الدعوية من نبذ الإسلام للعصبية القبلية

إن العصبية لم تكن صورة واحدة، فمنها صورة مقيتة وتلك هى الصورة التي حاربها الإسلام، وحرص على نبذها واستلال جذورها، لما يترتب عليها من أضرار تعمل على هدم المجتمع، وتشكل اتجاهًا مضادًا لمقاصد الشريعة، ومنها صور اتكأ الإسلام عليها بل ودعمها لأنها تعمل وفق مقاصد الشرع، فالإسلام هذب العصبية وأعاد تصنيفها وفق المقاصد الشرعية.
وعليه فإن مشكلة هذا البحث تتمحور حول المقاصد الدعوية من نبذ الإسلام للعصبية القبلية؟
وقد هدف هذا البحث إلى بيان أسباب العصبيات القبلية قديمًا وحديثًا وأهم مظاهرها، وإبراز المقاصد الدعوية من نبذ الإسلام للعصبية القبلية.
واستخدم الباحث المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي والمنهج التحليلي الاستنباطي، ومن نتائج البحث:

العصبية جزء من فطرة الإنسان التي فطر عليها، وجاءت المقاصد الدعوية لتعيد تصحيح مفهومها بما تقتضيه الدعوة، وبما يحقق المنفعة للناس.
أهمية المقاصد الدعوية في نشر العدل والمساواة، وأكدت على دور الدعاة في مواجهة أمراض مجتمعية تهدد كيانه.

 
 
ومن أبرز التوصيات:

وضع القوانين التي تجفف منابع العصبية القَبَليّة، وتمكن الفرد من الحصول على حقه دون مخالفة للشريعة، ودون اللجوء للتعصب.
العمل على حل الخلافات سريعًا بين طوائف المجتمع، وتفعيل دور الإعلام في محاربة التعصب. وضع مناهج تعليمية وتثقيفية، تبين مخاطر التعصب، مع تفعيل دور الأندية ومراكز البحث.

Tribal intolerance is not a single image. There is an abhorrent image which Islam strongly renounced، and was keen to uproot it because of its harmful impact on the society، and constitutes a negative trend against the concepts and teaching of Islamic law. There are some images of tribalism that Islam leaned on and even supported because they don’t contradict with the teaching and principles of Islam. However، Islam has paid attention to the refinement of tribalism and reclassified it in accordance with legitimate principles of Islamic law.
The aim of this research is to shed light on Islam’s rejection of tribal intolerance and to illustrate the causes and most important aspects of tribal intolerance in the past as well as at the time being، and to highlight the core point of rejecting tribal intolerance in Islam.
The researcher used the descriptive inductive approach and the analytical method of inference، and from the results of the research: - tribalism is part of the human nature، and the main purpose of the Islamic teaching is to recorrect its concept in accordance with the interest of mankind.
- the importance of spreading justice and equality، and emphasized the role of preachers in confronting all sorts of societal diseases that threaten its existence.
 The most prominent recommendations include:
- the development of laws that dry up the sources of tribalism، and enable the individual to obtain his right without violating sharia law، and without resorting to any sort of intolerance.
- Work to resolve differences quickly between communities of society and activate the role of the media in fighting intolerance.
- Develop educational and educational curricula، showing the dangers of intolerance، while activating the role of clubs and research centers.
