بدأ الباحث من خلال هذا البحث بكشف النقاب عن ظاهرة التغيرات المناخية باعتبارها واحدة من أهم المشكلات والقضايا العصرية التي تواجه البيئة لبيان خطرها المحدق علي الإنسانية جمعاء، وما لها من أعراض ناجمة تهدد حياة كل الكائنات الحية على سطح الكرة الأرضية، وفي ذلك ما يكفي من تهديد للأمن والسلم الدوليين، الأمر الذي فرض نفسه بقوة علي المجتمع العالمي أن يتخذ خطوات استباقية من خلال عقد المؤتمرات الدولية لمناقشة هذه الظاهرة الخطيرة، ووضع الأسس والضوابط لمواجهة ما يشبه خطر الحروب علي البشرية، ونظراً لخطورة التداعيات الناجمة عن التغيرات المناخية أردت أن أضرب بسهم ولو بسيط –قدر الجهد والسعة- من منظور دعوي، إسهاما في إظهار الأسباب المؤدية إلى حدوث هذه الظاهرة، وما يترتب عليها من أعراض وتداعيات، ومن ثم تقديم أهم سبل الحلول والمقترحات.
The researcher began through this research by revealing the phenomenon of climate change as one of the most important contemporary problems and issues facing the environment and its imminent danger to all of humanity، and its resulting symptoms that threaten the lives of all living beings on the surface of the Earth، and in that there is enough of a threat to international security and peace، which imposed itself forcefully on the global community to take proactive steps by holding international conferences to discuss this dangerous phenomenon، and laying the foundations and controls to confront what resembles the danger of wars to humanity، and in view of the seriousness of the repercussions resulting from climate change، I wanted to strike myself with an arrow، even if simple - according to the effort and capacity - from a missionary perspective، contributing to showing the reasons leading to the occurrence of this phenomenon، and the symptoms and repercussions resulting from it، and then presenting the most important means of solutions and proposals
