قاعدة استحالة تحصيل الحاصل وتطبيقاتها عند الأشاعرة تأصيلا وردا على المخالفين.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على هذه القاعدة من خلال التعرف على ماهيتها، وقيمتها العلمية، وبيان مدى التزام الأشاعرة بالضوابط المنهجية التي يبنى عليها الأدلة، والإسهام في هذا الجانب الذي لم يلق عناية كبرى في الدرس العقدي، وقد اتبعت فيه المنهج التحليلي والنقدي من أجل تكوين رؤية شاملة حول الموضوع من خلال الشرح التفصيلي لنقاط البحث في مباحثه المختلفة، ونقد المغالطات التي ظهرت في استخدام المخالفين لهذه القاعدة، وانتظمت الدراسة في مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث، المبحث الأول: مفهوم تحصيل الحاصل وأصله وقيمته، المبحث الثاني: نماذج تطبيقية صحيحة للقاعدة، المبحث الثالث: نماذج تطبيقية فاسدة للقاعدة ( مغالطات )، ومن أبرز النتائج التي توصلت إليها: شيوع استخدام قاعدة تحصيل الحاصل في المسائل العقدية عند المتكلمين، يشترط لقبولها ضرورة التسليم بمقدمات الاستدلال، و الأصل الذي قام عليه، وإلا رد على قائله، ظهر الاستخدام الصحيح للقاعدة في التراث الأشعري، وبدا ذلك بوضوح في النماذج التي تعرضت لها الدراسة، كما ظهر الاستخدام الفاسد للقاعدة عند بعض المخالفين، وبدا ذلك بوضوح في النماذج التي تعرضت لها الدراسة، وكان الخطأ من خلال صورة القياس أو مادته أو الأصل الذي قام عليه الدليل.

This research aims to shed light on this principle by identifying its nature and scientific value, demonstrating the extent of Ash'arites' commitment to the methodological controls upon which evidence is based, and contributing to this aspect, which has not received much attention in the study. I followed an analytical and critical approach to form a comprehensive view of the subject through a detailed explanation of the research points in its various sections, and a critique of the fallacies that have appeared in the use of this principle by those who violate it. The study is organized into an introduction and three sections: Section One: The concept of the "obtaining the result," its origin, and its value; Section Two: Correct applied models of the principle; Section Three: Incorrect applied models of the principle (fallacies). Among the most prominent findings I reached: The widespread use of the "obtaining the result" principle in doctrinal matters among theologians. To accept it, it is necessary to accept the premises of reasoning and the principle upon which it is based; otherwise, the author is rejected. The correct use of the principle appears in the Ash'arite heritage, and this is clearly evident in the models examined in the study also revealed the corrupt use of the rule by some of those who violated it. This clearly appeared in the models examined in the study. The error was due to the form of the analogy, its substance, or the basis upon which the evidence was based.
The most important recommendations: The need to pay attention to the study of doctrinal rules as they are the foundations upon which evidence is built;for establishing a report or responding to a dissenter.
