دورُ وسائل الإعلام في تَحْقِيقِ الأَمْنِ الفِكْرِيِّ

 العملُ على ترسيخ وسطيَّة الإسلام، واعتدال مبادئه في المجتمع المسلم أمرٌ عالي الأهميَّة بالنسبة لتحقيق الأمن الفكريِّ فيه. والبُعْدُ عن الوسطيَّة والاعتدال، يُعدّ سببًا رئيسًا للانحراف الفكريّ، المؤدِّي إلى انعدام الأمن بالكليَّة. والبحثُ يُوضِّح أنَّ الأمن الفكري يسود في المجتمعات التي تتحقَّق فيها الوسطيَّة، ويغلب على جوِّها الاعتدال. وتحقيقُ الوسطيَّة لا يُمكن أن تقوم به، أو تعمل عليه مؤسَّسةٌ بعينها، بل لا بُدَّ من تضافر جهود مؤسَّسات المجتمع جميعًا للعمل على تحقيق ذلك. ومن أهمِّ هذه المؤسَّسات، المؤسَّسة الإعلاميَّة.
فللوسائل الإعلاميَّة؛ من "إنترنت"، وغيرها دورٌ في البناء الفكريّ، وفي تكوين الرأي العام، لا سيَّما لدى الشباب؛ الذين قد يتأثَّرونَ بما يُنشر عبرَ وسائل الإعلام من انحرافاتٍ فكريَّة، وعقديَّة. ووسائل الإعلام تلعبُ دورًا خطيرًا في تغذية العنف والإرهاب؛ فمن خلالها يتمُّ نَقْل خطابات وآراء رموز الفكر المنحرف، ونشر فكر الغلاة. وأيضًا ما يحصل من استهانة بعض القنوات الفضائيَّة بالعقول، أو بالشعائر الدينيَّة، وتبنِّي بعضها للأفكار العلمانيَّة والتحرّريَّة والدعوة إليها، من شأنه أنْ يؤدِّيَ إلى تهيئة التربة الصَّالحة لنموِّ الأفكار المنحرفة الَّتي تتسبَّب في انعدام الأمن. فلوسائل الإعلام دورها البارز في الإفساد. وهو يحظَى بمرتبة "متقدّمة" ضمن العوامل والأسباب التي تؤدِّي إلى الانحراف الفكريّ. كما أنَّ لها دورًا بارزًا -في المقابل- في تحصين المجتمع عامَّة، وفي وقاية الشباب خاصَّة من الفكر المنحرف. والبحث بيَّن هذا الدور الوقائي؛ إذ يُمكن تحقيق الأمن الفكري من خلال الرقابة على الإعلام، وإعداد إعلاميِّين ذوي مواصفات معيَّنة؛ فغيابُ المؤهَّلين إعلاميًّا لمواجهة تيارات الانحراف الفكريّ، يأتي على رأس العوامل المؤثِّرة في اندفاع الشباب نحو المواد الإعلامية السلبيَّة أمنيًّا وأخلاقيًّا. وكذا يُمكن تحقيق الأمن الفكري من خلال العمل على تحقيقُ الشراكة بين وسائل الإعلام وسائر مؤسّسات المجتمع. وكذا التعزيز المضادّ من خلال النظام المعلوماتي. وغالبيةُ أفرادِ المجتمع يُولون قيام هذه المؤسَّسة الإعلاميَّة بدورها التوجيهي والوقائي أهميَّة قصوى في مجال تحقيق الأمن الفكري لأفراد المجتمع، ووقايتهم من الانحراف الفكري، وغيره.
من هنا برز دور هذه المؤسَّسة الإعلاميَّة الهامّ في تحقيق الأمن الفكري.
This work highlights the importance of establishing the moderation and balanced principles of Islam in Muslim society to achieve intellectual security. Straying from moderation and balance is considered a major cause of intellectual deviation, which leads to the complete absence of security. The research clarifies that intellectual security prevails in societies where moderation is realized and a balanced atmosphere predominates. Achieving moderation cannot be accomplished by any single institution alone; rather, it requires the concerted efforts of all community institutions. One of the most important of these institutions is the media.
The media, including the internet and others, plays a significant role in intellectual development and shaping public opinion, especially among youth, who may be influenced by the ideological and doctrinal deviations published through media outlets. The media also plays a critical role in fueling violence and terrorism by disseminating the ideas and opinions of figures promoting deviant thought and extremist ideologies. Additionally, some satellite channels trivialize intellectual and religious matters, while promoting secular and liberal ideas, which can lead to the cultivation of a conducive environment for the growth of deviant thoughts that undermine security. Thus, the media has a prominent role in corruption, holding an advanced position among the factors and causes of intellectual deviation. At the same time, it also has a significant role in protecting the society, particularly the youth, from deviant ideologies.
The research demonstrates this protective role, suggesting that intellectual security can be achieved through media regulation and the preparation of media professionals with specific qualifications. The lack of qualified media professionals to confront ideological deviations is a primary factor contributing to the youth’s attraction to harmful media content, both in terms of security and ethics. Furthermore, intellectual security can be realized through partnerships between the media and other community institutions, as well as through reinforcement via information systems. The majority of the community members place the highest importance on the media institution's role in guidance and prevention to achieve intellectual security and protect individuals from intellectual deviation and other harms. Therefore, the role of the media institution in achieving intellectual security is critical.
