المضامين الثقافية في خطبة عرفة لعام 1445هـ لفضيلة الشيخ ماهر المعيقلي.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى: الكشف عن المضامين الثقافية في خطبة عرفة لعام 1445هـ لفضيلة الشيخ ماهر المعيقلي. ومنهج الباحثة فيها: هو المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي التحليلي. وقد اشتمل هذا البحث على تمهيد، ومبحثين تحدثت عن المضامين الثقافية المتعلقة بالاعتصام بكتاب الله وسنة نبيه، وبالعقيدة والعبادة، وبالقواعد الفقهية، وبحماية الضرورات الخمس المتعلقة بحقوق الإنسان، وبالقيم الأخلاقية والقيم الاجتماعية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، منها: تنوع المضامين الثقافية التي اشتملت عليها خطبة عرفة لعام 1445هـ لفضيلة الشيخ ماهر المعيقلي، وأن الشريعة الإسلامية جاءت بتحصيل المصالح وتكثيرها، ودرء المفاسد أو تقليلها، وقررت أن درء المفاسد مقدم على جلب المصالح، وأنها جاءت بحفظ الضرورات الخمس، وعملت على حمايتها وحفظها؛ لتحقيق مصالح العباد في معاشهم ومعادهم، وأكدت على حقوق الإنسان ورعايتها في كثير من النصوص القرآنية والنبوية على حد سواء. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات، منها: ضرورة العناية بإبراز المضامين الثقافية للخطب ونحوها من النصوص الدينية؛ لما لها من أهمية بالغة وقيمة علمية كبيرة، وضرورة طباعة هذه الخطبة وغيرها من خطب عرفة طباعة تليق بمكانتها العلمية، ونشرها بين طلاب العلم، وعبر الإنترنت حتى يستفيد منها المسلمون في جميع بقاع الأرض.
This study aims to explore the cultural themes in the Arafah Sermon of 1445 AH delivered by Sheikh Maher Al-Muaiqly. The researcher employed the descriptive, analytical, and inductive method in this study.
The study consists of an introduction and two main sections, addressing cultural themes related to adherence to the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, matters of faith and worship, legal maxims, the protection of the five necessities associated with human rights, as well as moral and social values. The study concluded with several findings, including the diversity of cultural themes present in the Arafah Sermon of 1445 AH, and that Islamic law aims to achieve and maximize benefits while preventing or minimizing harms. It prioritizes preventing harm over attaining benefits. Furthermore, the study highlighted that Islamic law safeguards the five necessities and ensures their protection to achieve the well-being of individuals in both their worldly lives and hereafter. It also emphasized the recognition and preservation of human rights in numerous Qur'anic and Prophetic texts.
The study also provided several recommendations, including the necessity of highlighting the cultural themes found in sermons and similar religious texts due to their profound importance and scientific value. Moreover, it emphasized the need to publish this sermon and other Arafah sermons in a manner befitting their academic significance, making them accessible to students of knowledge and Muslims worldwide, including through the internet
