إشكالية الروح ومبررات الوجود

إن إشكالية الروح لغموضها وبعدها عن المجال المحسوس قد تعرضت للإنكار من قِبل الماديين، فيقوم هذا البحث لمواجهة الفكر المادي الإلحادي الذي لا يفتر عن مهاجمة المسائل الغيبية وإنكارها، ودحض هذه الشُبه التي يثيرها على عالم الغيب خاصة الروح، ولأن معرفة النفس مرقاة إلى معرفة الله تعالى كان لهذا البحث أهمية كبيرة. فيتناول هذا البحث أولاً: بيان إشكالية الروح ومفهومها. ثم يتناول موقف الماديين من الروح، ثم يقوم بنقد الماديين في تصورهم هذا. ثم يقوم بالاستدلال على وجود الروح، ويبين مبررات وجودها وذلك من خلال الفلسفة والعلم والدين. وقد انتهى البحث إلى عدة نتائج، منها: أن الروح هو السر الأكبر، فهو سر من أسرار الكون، فهو الذي يربط الإنسان بالمخلوقات، وهو سر الوجود الذي يربط الأرض بالسماء، فيربط العالم الأرضي بالعالم السماوي. ومنها: أن الوجدان والفكر والإدراك والرؤيا والموت: كلها أدلة قوية على وجود الروح، استخدمها الفلاسفة القدامى والمحدثين وعلماء العصر الحديث في الاستدلال على عالم الروح.
Owing to its elusive nature and its distance from the realm of sensory experience, the soul has long been a point of contention, particularly among materialist thinkers who have denied its existence. This study is intended as a response to materialist and atheistic perspectives that continue to reject metaphysical realities, especially the soul, and to challenge the objections they raise against the unseen dimensions of existence. Since knowledge of the self has traditionally been regarded as a means of approaching knowledge of God, the question of the soul carries considerable philosophical and theological weight.
The study begins by outlining the conceptual and philosophical difficulties surrounding the notion of the soul. It then examines the materialist critique and offers a sustained analysis of its underlying assumptions. Following this, the discussion turns to arguments for the soul's existence, drawing from philosophical traditions, scientific reflections, and religious sources to provide a broad foundation for its affirmation.
The study concludes that the soul remains one of the deepest and most enduring mysteries—a key to understanding the human condition and the wider cosmos. It is what binds human beings to the order of creation, and what connects earthly life to a higher, transcendent reality. Experiences such as self-awareness, thought, perception, visionary insight, and death itself all point toward the presence of the soul. These phenomena have been cited across centuries by both classical and modern philosophers, as well as by scholars in contemporary scientific fields, in support of the reality of the spiritual dimension.
